With over two decades of experience in performing arts education, Mikki Rom is the passionate and dedicated Principal Director of ROM Theatre Arts Kids. As co-founder of the school, Mikki has devoted her career to nurturing young talent, fostering confidence, and inspiring creativity in children aged 2 and up.

Mikki’s extensive background in dance, drama, and musical theatre, combined with her love for teaching, creates a dynamic and supportive environment where every child can thrive. Under her leadership, ROM Theatre Arts Kids has grown into a vibrant community that helps students develop essential skills, embrace their individuality, and achieve their potential both on and off the stage.

Her unwavering commitment to excellence ensures that every class is filled with fun, energy, and opportunities for growth, making ROM Theatre Arts Kids a place where young performers can shine.

Louise Featherstone - Head of RTA Kids

Louise Featherstone is a highly experienced and passionate educator who leads RTA Kids with dedication, creativity, and a deep commitment to nurturing young talent. A graduate of the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts, Louise brings a wealth of professional training and expertise to every aspect of the program, ensuring each child receives the best possible start in their performing arts journey.

As a skilled teacher of ballet, tap, musical theatre, and singing, Louise’s warm and supportive approach inspires confidence and creativity in students aged 2 and up. She helps children develop not only their technical skills but also their self-belief and love for the arts.

Louise’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping RTA Kids into a fun, inclusive, and inspiring space where every child can grow, thrive, and shine.

Carli Wagland - Head of Administration, Child Welfare, and Head Agent for 

ROM Theatre Arts Agency

Carli Wagland brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her roles at ROM Theatre Arts. With a strong background in working with children of all ages, Carli previously ran a highly successful childcare business, where she developed her expertise in nurturing, supporting, and understanding young people.

Now dedicating her time to RTA Kids, Carli oversees administration and child welfare with care and precision, ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-organized environment for students to thrive. As Head Agent for ROM Theatre Arts Agency, she is also committed to guiding and championing talented performers, helping them navigate the industry with confidence and professionalism.

Carli’s passion for working with young people, combined with her dedication to the performing arts, makes her an invaluable part of the ROM Theatre Arts family.

Georgia Golding - Dance Tutor

Georgia Golding’s journey with RTA Kids began in 2005 as a young student with a passion for performing arts. Her talent and dedication led her to pursue a Diploma in Musical Theatre at ROM Theatre Arts, where she honed her skills and prepared for an exciting professional career.

Since graduating, Georgia has dazzled audiences as a dancer at Disneyland Paris and brought her expertise to teaching roles all over the world. Now, she’s come full circle, returning to RTA Kids as an inspiring teacher. With her wealth of professional experience and love for nurturing young talent, Georgia creates dynamic and engaging classes that help students develop their skills, confidence, and love for the arts.

Abby White - Drama Tutor 

Abby White’s journey with RTA Kids began in 2005 as a young student with a passion for the performing arts. Since then, she has built an impressive career in education and drama, earning a B.Ed (Hons) in Primary Education with a specialism in Drama from the University of Winchester. Abby has extensive teaching experience, including roles as a class teacher, Head of Prep, and subject coordinator for Drama and Maths at prestigious schools.

Her passion for creativity and education has taken her across the world, from teaching in Thailand to choreographing and directing musical theatre productions. Abby’s return to RTA Kids as a drama teacher is a full-circle moment, where she combines her professional expertise with her deep connection to the school.

Known for her warmth, enthusiasm, and dedication, Abby inspires her students to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop their love for the performing arts.
