Three Mills Management

RTA Kids is proud to work alongside Three Mills Management, a boutique theatrical agency representing a carefully selected roster of talented young performers. Three Mills Management is headed by Mikki Mills (also known professionally as Mikki Rom), who brings over 25 years of experience within the performing arts industry as a performer, teacher, director and Principal of RTA Kids and ROM Theatre Arts. Having worked with young performers for many years, Mikki has a strong understanding of not only what makes a talented performer, but also the commitment, professionalism and resilience required to work successfully within the industry. Three Mills Management represents young performers across TV, film, theatre, musical theatre, commercials, photographic and other professional performance opportunities, working with casting professionals and Mikki’s established industry contacts to source suitable opportunities for each individual client.

Three Mills Management does not operate open books or general agency auditions. Representation is by invitation only.

RTA Kids students are continually seen and developed by our teaching team, allowing Mikki to identify performers who demonstrate exceptional potential alongside the attitude, commitment, professionalism and drive required for professional work. Being an RTA Kids student does not automatically guarantee representation. Three Mills Management deliberately maintains a small, carefully selected client list so that every performer can receive a genuinely personal approach to their representation. From time to time, exceptional performers from outside RTA Kids may also be personally invited to meet with Three Mills Management.
